The Lydell is located on N Lydell Ave in Glendale, Wisconsin. We are sandwhiched between Bayshore Mall and Whitefish Bay residences and boutique shops.
Monday through Saturday from 10AM to 5PM. Closed Sundays.
Appointments are appreciated but we do welcome walk-ins!
We offer a range of apartment styles to fit everyone's lifestyle. Reach out to the leasing office to discuss exact pricing.
Utilities, such as electricity and water/sewer, are not included in the monthly rent costs.
The Lydell welcomes all kinds of pets! There is a monthly cost for pet rent. Please note there are breed restrictions for dogs. Additionally, we do have a limit of two (2) pets per apartment.
The Lydell offers residents a heated pool & outdoor lounge with gas grills and gas firepit, a 2nd floor Courtyard with more gas grills and gas firepits, elegant lobbies with business lounges & 24 hour fitness centers in each building, and 2 clubrooms.
Each apartment comes with a full-size washer and dryer!
